345vin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the player" or "account holder") and 345vin ("the platform," "we," "us"). They govern all use of the 345vin website and any services, games, promotions or features available through the platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with any part of the 345vin platform. Using the platform in any capacity means you have agreed to these Terms. If you are unsure about any section, please contact support before continuing to use the platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use a 345vin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a 345vin employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 345vin through a self-exclusion request or enforcement action.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

345vin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits made may be returned at the discretion of the platform after investigation.

3 Registration and Account Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 345vin. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information updated at all times.

345vin may require identity verification at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification may include:

• A copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or Easypaisa account, bank statement)

Failure to complete verification when requested will result in your ability to make withdrawals being suspended until verification is completed. 345vin uses verification to protect players and to prevent fraudulent activity on the platform.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 345vin are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges or exchange rate calculations involved in any transaction on the platform.

The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits, typically credited in under a minute
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits via app or USSD
• Raast – instant inter-bank transfers in PKR
• Bank Transfer – standard transfers from Pakistani bank accounts

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page within your 345vin account. These limits may vary by payment method. 345vin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The account used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder.

345vin reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification for deposits that appear unusual or inconsistent with your normal account activity. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 345vin are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. If the same method is not available, 345vin will process the withdrawal to another verified payment method registered to your account.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirements attached to your balance must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the Withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest; bank transfers and Raast may take additional business days.

345vin reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending verification without prior notice. Players will be informed of any hold and of what is required to release it.

345vin will not be held responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider or any third-party payment processor once the withdrawal has been approved and sent from the platform's end.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

345vin offers bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is issued or activated. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

General principles that apply to all 345vin bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 345vin platform — including Casino, Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting and Bingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game section. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Game outcomes on 345vin are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for digital games. Live Casino games use real dealers and physical equipment streamed in real time. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the actual results of the events wagered upon.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or malfunction during a game, the following applies:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault on the platform's side, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance.
• If a disconnection occurs on the player's side (internet issue, device issue), the game round result stands as determined by the RNG or live dealer at the time of disconnection.
• Winnings resulting from a clear and verified software error or display error on 345vin are not valid and will not be honoured. 345vin reserves the right to void such bets and return the original stake.

Winnings and losses in all games on 345vin are final once a game round is completed and confirmed. Completed rounds cannot be cancelled or reversed except in cases of verified platform error.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 345vin. Any player found to be engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately, winnings may be forfeited and deposits may be withheld pending investigation.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one 345vin account in any form.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment details, fraudulent identity documents, chargebacks or any deceptive means to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated tool to interact with games, place bets or exploit platform features.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated play or any method designed to extract bonus value unfairly.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of a software bug, display error or pricing error to gain an unfair advantage.
• Unlawful use: Using the 345vin platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Pakistani law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

345vin monitors account activity for signs of prohibited behaviour. If you suspect another player of engaging in prohibited activity, contact support. Reporting suspected fraud or abuse is encouraged and helps protect the integrity of the platform for all players.

9 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345vin login credentials, including your username and password. 345vin will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Do not use the same password for 345vin that you use for other accounts, particularly banking or email accounts.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

345vin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to 345vin
• Use of the account in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming principles
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact 345vin support at any time. If there is a remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) at the time of voluntary closure, 345vin will process a withdrawal of that balance to your verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed.
